As BIM Coordinator at SFMM on Kuwait International Airport (new terminal, carpark, apron), I owned workflow automation, federated Navisworks delivery, and QA/training—so a multinational team could spend time on clashes and decisions instead of weekly file churn. Power Automate, Dynamo, and Python bridged Revit 2017 limits; the programme gained on the order of ~40 hours/week back from repetitive coordination work.
